  My grandmother pays the annual insurance fee which includes:
  24 hour emergency service.
  There is no 24 contact line and her furnace stopped working Friday evening. We have left messages on the office number with no reply. It is now Saturday evening and she is without heat. It is December, it is not safe for her to have to wait untill Monday business hours to get a reply from this business. We will have to change company’s so she can feel safe!
